IR35 Assessment: Confirmation of New Contract Procedures via by Personal Service Company as a “Deemed Employee” Inside IR35
Thank you for confirming the SDS Assessment has been completed for my role.
In line with the Ruling, please take this as confirmation that my preference is now to continue this Assignment through my Personal Service Company.
However, payments made to my PSC will need to be made net after deduction of Statutory emoluments covering Employer’s NI, Employee’s NI and Income Tax.
Pension Contributions and Holiday Pay liabilities will remain with my PSC and there are no deductions for these emoluments needed.
My understanding is that the Start Date for this new Contract will need to be set to 6th April 2020.
VAT will continue to be applied to the full value of the Invoice as well.
