World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a Training Lead within the Transformational Change Practice.

About the Role:
* Establish User communities and link to use case and stakeholder groups to ensure all user groups covered
* Working with Change Lead understand all stakeholders who would need training support
* Complete role mapping – that is where users in current process map to in the future ‘to-be’ business process
* Complete a training needs analysis – and validate with business as required
* Provide the Change Lead input, support and data for the business readiness criteria and assessment for making users and impacted user groups ready
* Draft training curriculums
* Create Training Materials strategy
* Timelines for completing curriculums and which stakeholders are to be involved
* Training delivery plans ; taking into account user numbers and location
* Languages & translations required
* Global Roll out plans – ensuring this is line with programme delivery timeline
* Mode of training – point of need, classroom etc
* Types of materials (QRGs and documentation) and timelines for drafting and validation
* Work with external supplier– to establish early what training materials will be required, what can be gathered
* Learning Evaluation mechanisms, data collection and reporting
* Train the Trainer and Super User Community training support
* Post Go-Live Support team training and materials for Post Go-Live support

About You:
* Ideally Consultancy background or those who are used to working in a matrix organisation
* Strong experience with Training Delivery, Training Materials Strategy, Training Needs Analysis
* Good knowledge technology-led change and technology adoption
* Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levels
* Able to produce business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change
* Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
* Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused
* Confident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environment
* Excellent oral and written presentation skills
