Here at Eaglecliff Recruitment, we understand the value of personal recommendations. If you know someone who would be a great addition to one of our amazing clients, we are able to offer you either £250 or £500 referral fee depending on the salary/day rate of the role, if the individual is successfully placed. All you need to do is ask them to mention your name as the referrer when they register with us, and we will take care of the rest!
In order to qualify, the individual that you refer to us must not have already been contacted by us in relation to the role. If you refer someone to us and it’s not for a specific role, then once we find a role for them and they are successfully offered and they then also accept, you will be eligible for the referral fee.
For a contract placement, you will receive the referral fee once a payment cycle has been completed. For permanent placements, you will receive the fee once the individual successfully completes 3 months employment.
