Networking and Candidate Referrals both play an important part of a successful Search as well as being essential to the success of the Services that we provide. In recognition of the invaluable assistance that we receive from existing contractors, people we have worked with in the past and colleagues of current Job seekers who appreciate the Service levels that we provide, we are happy to pay a Referral Fee of up to £500 when we successfully make a placement from someone who has been referred to us. The value of the Referral Fee depends primarily on the value of the Placement fee and the type of job role that this referral assists with.
If you know someone who might be a suitable fit for one of our Contract roles or for one of our Permanent jobs, please let us know by filling in the form below or by sending an email to your usual point of contact or to email@example.com. We will then check to see whether your referral is someone who we are already talking to or not. If this is a new Contractor or Job seeker who is suitable for the job roles that we have on our database, we will be happy to pay a Referral Fee upon successful placement of that colleague. Referral Fees are payable after an initial probationary period, which is usually between 4 weeks and 10 weeks from the Start Date.
