Leveraging from over 10 years’ experience working within the Oil and Gas sector, a new division has now been launched focusing within Energy Trading. This move falls in line with the current trend for Energy companies to move away from the traditional Oil and Gas markets into new Energies and Renewable Energies such as Wind, Solar and Power. Alongside this shift away from Oil and Gas has been the new trend in automating much of the Front Office and Trading and Sales Operations. Much of this relies heavily on the introduction of a new breed of IT Technologists that combines outstanding academic abilities to create algorithms with technical skills such as C# and Python, Cloud Technologies and Data Lakes, DevOps and Data Visualisation using Spotfire and others.
