Much of this success comes through an exceptional and unique database, combined with an extensive network that has taken decades to build through getting out and about and meeting Industry professionals as well as manning exhibition stands and hosting Evening Networking Social Events.

This record for placing highly skilled, distinctly hard-to-find Endur ETRM people has now firmly put us on the map within this specialised and extremely talented ETRM Community.
In general too, we were once again a top performing Recruitment Agency, measured not only through the volume of Placements but also through the rigorous Account Management we provide through every stage of the process – from on-boarding and compliance, payments through to changes in legislation.
Renewal of Contracts
Beginning with what was one of our biggest achievements yet again: our three Contracts with one of the world’s leading Energy Companies were all renewed for a further five years.
This now means that this relationship has spanned over 25 years in total.
What a major achievement and what an accolade of how well our Recruitment team performs, making sure that the PSL really can fill those jobs that need niche skills as well as those that are more mainstream.
New Contracts Signed
On top of this, we are proud to have set up a New Partnership with another Top 3 Energy company. This new contract has already enabled the successful Placements of highly sought after skills within these niche assignments: ETRM Business Analyst, Oil Trading Business Analyst and Senior Software Developer with Beacon technology – all very new.
Business Development Continues
As part of our Growth Strategy, we continue to develop strong relationships within the Energy Trading Community and we are hopeful of being welcomed to a further two or three new PSL Contracts later in the year when tendering processes will commence.
And Finally… Welcoming Two New Eagles into the Nest!
This year, we have also welcomed two talented new faces to the company:
