Legal advice has been drawn from the expertise of Lawspeed, one of the UK’s leading full service law firms recognised for its expertise in advising on Recruitment sector issues, and from Lexence in the Netherlands.

A range of Agreements for the Supply of Professional Services for Consultancy Services, Consultancy Assignments for Statement of Work Agreements, Fixed Price Project Agreements, Umbrella Company Terms of Business and PAYE Temporary Workers are available. Terms are always put in place that accurately reflect the true nature of the relationship and of the Services that are being provided. We do not work with offshore companies in any capacity for roles that are conducted in the UK. We also have established relationships with compliant, FCSA accredited Umbrella Companies for Contractors who prefer to work through this mechanism, especially with the imminent changes to the IR35 legislation that will mean that many contractors will need a PAYE solution from April 2021. These different Agreements provide for a wide range of Service delivery and ensure protection from Co-Employment and IR35 issues and enable full compliance with Taxation and all Statutory Legislation.
