This is an exciting opportunity for a Front End Engineer : React Developer with an Energy Trading company within their Crude and Products team.
Our need:
We are looking for a Mid-level Front-end Engineer to join our cross-functional product team. You will work closely with other engineers, product owners, product managers, designers, and vendors to deliver our product.
What you must have:
• 4+ years of overall experience
• 2+ years’ experience with React code, testing, debugging and automation techniques
What you’ll need:
• Recent hands-on coding experience
• Experience on working with GraphQL is a plus
• A passion for building user-friendly, data-rich JavaScript/HTML/CSS applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience deploying production applications (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Rave about the benefits that CI/CD has given you in previous projects
• Care deeply about performance, accessibility, and API design
• Have a high bar for user experience quality
Great communication skills
What you’ll do:
• Build UI’s using modern tools such as ES6, React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, CSS, CSS-in-JS, Redux, Webpack, Jest, and Enzyme
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested code
• Communicate with other teams and individuals to plan, coordinate, and seek feedback
• Pitch in where needed as a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team
